This confidentiality agreement form, sometimes also referred to as a non-disclosure agreement, applies when two businesses, which are about to disclose to each other certain confidential information (e.g: financial statements, client list, price list, inventions, software, etc.) wish to enter into a mutual confidentiality undertaking.

Two versions of this form are provided: long form and short form.
