Use WinZip

Each Jurifax product is delivered in a ".zip" compressed file format. To decompress (unzip) this file, you need a decompression software to extract the files from it. Actually, WinZip is the world's most popular shareware and is very easy to use.

Download now the appropriate WinZip version:

Specify where on your hard disk you want to download WinZip. It is the same procedure as if you were saving a file that you have created.

Install WinZip

The file that you have downloaded on your hard disk is easily recognized with the WinZip icon. To start the installation process, double click on the icon.

When starting, the following window is displayed and you only have to click on the "Setup" button to start the installation process.

The interactive installation process requires your intervention:

• WinZip asks you to specify where on your hard disk you want to permanently save the WinZip's programs and files. Click on the OK button.

• WinZip's main features will appear next. Click on the Next button.

• WinZip suggests you 2 software use alternatives. We recommend the "Classic" alternative. Click on the Next button.

• WinZip suggests you 2 software configuration alternatives. We recommend the "Express Setup" alternative. Click on the Next button.

• WinZip tells you that you have successfully installed the software. Click on the Finish button.

You may now use WinZip.

Use WinZip

Each Jurifax product has to be extracted from the compressed file that was used for its expedition.

If you have not installed WinZip, the icon representing the compressed file looks like this one:

If you already have installed WinZip, the compressed file should be represented by the following icon:

To open the Jurifax file with WinZip, you only have to double click on the icon. A window will open and allow you to see the content of the compressed file:

The Jurifax products are now displayed.

To extract them from the compressed file, you must click on the "Extract" button on the tool bar. You may extract all the Jurifax products that appear in the window or only the ones that you have selected.

A new window will then open, asking to specify where on your hard disk you want to save your Jurifax products.

Once WinZip has extracted the Jurifax products where you specified on your hard disk, you may now use your Jurifax products in their original format (Word for Windows).
