1. How can I order a Jurifax product?
At the top right of each page of the Web site, there is a clickable Jurifax Store link in the yellow navigation bar. Click to enter the store, select a product category by clicking the blue button in the left navigation bar. Then select the required product and click the Order button and follow the instructions.

4. May I set up a client account (with a username and password)?
Yes. When ordering for the first time, by clicking on the Register button, you will be able to choose a username and a password, and then you will have to fill in your personal information this one time only. Should you place further orders, you will only have to indicate:
5. Can I order a Jurifax product without using the on-line store?
Jurifax strongly recommends that you order online directly from the Jurifax Store, in a secure environment, and immediately download the selected products.
However, if you prefer to order without using the on-line Jurifax Store, please send us your order in writing with the following information:
your name, address and phone number;
the number and language of the Jurifax products you would like;
your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card number and expiry date (payment by check?)
your e-mail address.
You can send your order to Jurifax:
If the information provided is complete and the credit card transaction is approved, the Jurifax products that you ordered will be sent to you by e-mail within a maximum of 3 business days following receipt of your order.
6. How can I pay? Are checks accepted?
When Jurifax products are ordered via the Jurifax Store or by e-mail or fax, you can pay only by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards.
If you order by regular mail and do not want to pay by credit card, you must send, with your order, a check for the exact amount of your order drawn on an American or Canadian financial institution and payable to Jurifax Inc. In this case, you should add to the 3 business day delivery time another 15 days for the check to clear the bank.
7. How are Jurifax products shipped?
When Jurifax products are ordered via the Jurifax Store, you can download them immediately by clicking the red Download Now button on your invoice.
When Jurifax products are ordered by e-mail, fax, or regular mail, they are sent to you by e-mail. No other delivery support (e.g., floppy disk or hard copy) is available.

9. Once decompressed, what is the Jurifax product format?
Jurifax forms are in Word for Windows format. Normally the following word processing software may easily open the Jurifax products:
