Jurifax launches 5 Internet-Related Contract Forms
MONTREAL, June 26, 1997/ - On June 27, 1997, Jurifax will officially launch a first set of five Internet-related contract forms, drawn up in English and French, and intended for the international business community. These forms relate to the major concerns of corporate Web sites:
The main goal with regard to these forms is to put the agreements too often verbally concluded between providers and clients into a legal framework. The parties' rights and obligations have been equally taken into account, namely concerning intellectual property and confidentiality issues. The contract forms emphasize on disclosure by the Internet providers of the essential information enabling their clients to knowledgeably enter into agreement. There are several provisions for alternate choices.
All contract forms come with very well detailed specifications enabling the parties to crystallize the technical elements of their agreement. A user guide is also provided with each form.
Consequently, the Internet providers as well as their potential clients may require any one of these contract forms, even for information purposes only.
The contract forms may be ordered on line from the Jurifax Store, for US$34.99 each. They are immediately downloadable, in Word for Windows, and ready to be adapted to the parties' needs.
